Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the Meraqyu platform. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Platform refers to the Meraqyu website, applications, and all associated digital services accessible via meraqyu.com.
• User refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise interacts with the Platform.
• Account refers to the registered profile created by a User to access features and content on the Platform.
• Content refers to all materials published on the Platform, including but not limited to text, video, audio, graphics, course materials, and assessments.
• Services refers to all educational offerings, masterclasses, programs, tools, and features made available through the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform in any way, including without registration, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable policies incorporated by reference. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Meraqyu.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable law.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you further represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Creating an Account

Certain features of the Platform require you to create an Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated at all times.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify us immediately at info@meraqyu.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

4.3 Account Restrictions

You may not share your Account credentials with any third party. Each Account is for the personal use of a single registered individual. Meraqyu reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account that is found to be shared, transferred, or used in violation of these Terms.

5. Use of the Platform

5.1 Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, Meraqyu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Content without prior written permission from Meraqyu.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or related systems.
• Uploading or transmitting any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Engaging in data scraping, automated data collection, or any form of systematic extraction of Platform content.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Harassing, threatening, or harming other users or Meraqyu personnel in any way.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Circumventing any access controls, digital rights management, or security features of the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All Content, branding, trademarks, logos, course materials, software, and other materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of Meraqyu or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

6.2 Licence Limitations

The limited licence granted to you under these Terms does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit any Content or Services. Any use of Content beyond personal educational consumption requires explicit written authorisation from Meraqyu.

6.3 User Submissions

If you submit any feedback, suggestions, comments, or other materials to the Platform, you grant Meraqyu a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish such submissions for any purpose related to the operation or improvement of the Platform, without compensation or attribution to you.

7. Payments and Enrolment

7.1 Fees

Access to certain Services may require payment of fees. All applicable fees are displayed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated amount in full.

7.2 Billing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Meraqyu does not store your full payment card details. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date.

7.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the refund policy applicable at the time of purchase. Please review the relevant refund terms before completing any transaction. Meraqyu reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.

7.4 Pricing Changes

Meraqyu reserves the right to change pricing for any Service at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed prior to the change taking effect.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. Meraqyu does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of any third-party service is governed solely by that service's own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Educational Purpose

All Content and Services on the Platform are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, financial, business, or investment advice.

9.2 No Warranty

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Meraqyu does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

9.3 Accuracy of Content

While Meraqyu endeavours to ensure that all Content is accurate and current, we make no representations or warranties as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any Content for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meraqyu and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Meraqyu's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount paid by you to Meraqyu in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meraqyu and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Platform or Services.
• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
• Any content or material you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by Meraqyu

Meraqyu reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

12.2 Termination by You

You may discontinue use of the Platform at any time. To close your Account, please contact us at info@meraqyu.com. Termination of your Account does not entitle you to any refund of fees already paid, except where required by applicable law.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform and access Content will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Modifications to the Platform

Meraqyu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform or its Services at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Meraqyu with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Waiver

No failure or delay by Meraqyu in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right. A waiver of any provision in one instance does not constitute a waiver of the same or any other provision in any future instance.
